A good promo for #Thunderbird , it’s a very good email client. I use it as well (not that my use is any recommendation whatsoever next to Cory’s :)

“Why this had to happen”? Well, that's certainly ominous and gaslight-y (because no, it didn't have to happen).
Will #Mozilla next be asserting the right to scrape and sell the contents of our emails as well?

@albinanigans @schratze Thankfully, Thunderbird is under the MZLA umbrella, and not Mozilla Corp. They ( @thunderbird ) have indicated that the Firefox terms of use do not apply to Thunderbird or its android client.

I'm baffled about the myriad of @mozillaofficial structures, amount of directors / C-level people & how to rhyme 'investing in privacy-respecting advertising; with 'draw a bigger circle of supporters over the long run.'
As a long time Mozilla supporter, I was already unhappy about the direction of the last years & this does certainly not bode well for the future.

@pluralistic Is running #Thunderbird tedious with spammers and such?
Hey, #Thunderbird heads, does anyone know what (undocumented, argh) preference I add to Config Editor to change the size of the pointer cursor?
T-bird is ignoring the OS's cursor prefs and giving me an eyestrain-inducing teeny-weeny pointer that I want to beef up.
I've found ui.caretWidth for the caret cursor, but no luck searching for the corresponding pointer size variable.
