It's February 5th in Japan now so happy birthday Defoko! I updated the oto edit that I released 2 years ago. I learned a lot about otoing since then and she sounds much smoother now.

Hello! I'm a Vocal Synth Dev that primarily focuses on UTAU related projects. 2 UTAU characters of mine are アノネ (Anone) and エットネ (Ettone). Thir voices come from the same set of recordings and can be activated by applying the g12 or g-7 flag respectively. Their main bank, named TAKE ONE, is my interpretation of the Rentan CV VB style. It uses Hiragana CV USTs but produces results similar to a VCV bank thanks to the recording style and specific oto configurations. Here's the voicebank in action!

Happy 12th anniversary UTAU! To celebrate 12 years of UTAU and Ameya's return, I made an oto edit of Defoko's very first bank. It's based on my TT CV oto method which adds lots of new features! More info about the features and where to download the source VB & oto edit are here: soundcloud.com/shigane/happy-1

If anyone's curious, here's an archive of my old covers. Most of them are from 2015. clyp.it/user/zjtglave

Yesterday was my 6th anniversary of using UTAU! To celebrate, I made a short cover using one of my favorite UTAU voicebanks, 水音ラル/Mine Laru. soundcloud.com/shigane/sotsugy

Here's the voicebank's download link and samples! The user manual is in the readme file but it also comes in UST form. Please look at both of them before using!

You may have noticed that there's a 3rd voice in both the demo and user manual videos. That voice's name is イーネ! They're the bank's default voice, or the voice that sings when no g flag is applied.

This bank was originally released on March 27th, 2019 and I've been adding features to it ever since. Along with Hiragana CV aliases, there's full support for the Japanese language with ん variants (such as [んng] [んm]) and VCs ([a k] [a s] ) & standalone consonants [(- k] [k]) for certain phonemes.
Also, I've created new features such as Middle Notes [か2] and Helper Notes [か3] to make transitions between notes smoother. A user manual is included with the VB. Here's a condensed version!

Deleted my intro because it was outdated. Will post an updated one as soon as I can!

TT CV (short for True Traditional CV) is an otoing method I created in order to get the best results out of Traditional CV VBs. I'll post a full guide eventually but in the most simple terms, the oto uses silence before the mora in order to simulate VCV transitions. Traditional CV banks will always have traits that separate it from VCV banks, but the goal is to make the most out of the limited resources of 1-mora CV banks. I released a VB showcasing this method. soundcloud.com/shigane/anone-e
